Dido and Aeneas

The Royal Ballet and The Royal Opera join forces for Wayne McGregor’s acclaimed fusion of music and movement. Baroque composer Henry Purcell’s classical tale of love thwarted by evil powers stars Sarah Connolly as Dido, Queen of Carthage and Lucas Meachem as Trojan hero Aeneas. Hansel and Gretel

The Nutcracker

This all-time ballet favourite reaches its 25th anniversary in Peter Wright's glorious production. When one of her Christmas presents comes to life, Young Clara is swept into a fantasy adventure where she meets an exquisite Sugar Plum Fairy, a chivalrous Prince and the mysterious Drosselmeyer amongst a whole host of classic characters, performed by the world-renowned Royal Ballet.

Clowns

Cinderella

Cinderella was captured live at Sadler’s Wells Theatre in 2018.
